Mission: Serving and promoting the individual student; unifying all that is Auburn.
There are four areas within Cabinet that work together to help bring this mission to life for the Auburn Student body. These areas are as follows: Initiatives, Outreach, Finance and Communications & Marketing. The Executive Team works with the student leaders who make up several different teams within these areas that help advance and execute their term goals. The goals are designed with their constituents in mind, to make sure they area actively working towards serving, promoting and unifying all that is Auburn.
The description of the four areas within Cabinet are as follows:
Initiatives oversees day-to-day activities related to Academics, Facilities, Campus Safety, Parking and Transportation, Information Technology, Campus Dining, University Housing and Health and Wellness.
Outreach promotes inclusive engagement by all of SGA. They coordinate SGA’s physical engagement with the student body, gather feedback from students, and then share that feedback with the appropriate teams in SGA.
Finance oversees all aspects of the SGA budget, working with each member of Cabinet to ensure the needs of their programs and projects are met.
Communications & Marketing tells SGA’s story through creatively communicating the work and achievements of the organization with the entire student body and campus community.
